Try group comparison

  1. Choose Group comparison on Plate map, then Load example.
  2. Open Groups to inspect the sample assignments.
  3. Open Data and select Analyze.
  4. Toggle sample circles and SD/SEM error bars.

Each example group has ten samples measured in triplicate. The summary should show n = 10 and 30 wells, not n = 30.

The statistical-test dropdown starts off. Welch compares a selected pair; ANOVA compares all groups. Confirm the displayed assumptions before calculating.

Try ELISA quantification

  1. Return to Plate map, choose ELISA quantification, and select Load example.
  2. Open Calibration to inspect the standard levels and sample dilution factors.
  3. Open Data and select Analyze.
  4. Inspect the curve, sample concentrations, and standard back-calculations.

The synthetic example includes S2 at a dilution factor of two and S12 above the standard range. S12 stays in the table with a flag and is excluded from the group summary. The Treatment group therefore has five usable samples, not six.

Check a change, then export

Change a dilution factor or sample ID. The previous Results tab becomes unavailable until you analyze again.

Download the sample, curve, well, or group-summary CSVs, or save a chart as PNG. Inputs are held in memory, so refreshing or closing the demo clears the current session. The full-screen link gives you more room and avoids the portfolio's surrounding panels.

All bundled data is synthetic. The demo does not call an AI model or send plate inputs to an analysis service.
